Sales Manager (m/f/d) for International B2B Direct Sales / Projects / Full-time
- Hunt, don’t manage: You identify new opportunities, win international projects, and turn leads into strong deals.
- New markets, new wins: You strategically expand into new regions and grow our global footprint.
- Relationships that matter: You build lasting, trust-based client relationships – with your authentic drive.
- Strategic direction: You actively shape our sales strategy and implement it with determination.
- Responsibility: You develop your sales territory and manage sales partners. Your Direct Sales Team Leader guides you professionally.
- Sales DNA: Sales is your passion. You have a true hunter mentality and bring at least 3 years of success in international B2B project business.
- Language skills: Fluent in German, English, Spanish and/or Italian – additional languages are a plus.
- Powers of persuasion: You spot opportunities, convince decision-makers, and close deals.
